John Budny - Project Manager / Creative Lead
Prior to becoming Green Tree Webs Project Manager and Creative Lead John attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he attained a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology. John is very pleased to be able to contribute his “green” education to Green Tree Webs' products in any way that he can.
As Project Manager it is John’s duty to make sure the inner workings of Green Tree Webs runs like a well oiled machine. He can often be found hard at work outlining the key steps and milestones for your project, supervising the rest of the Green Tree Webs team, and monitoring schedules and budgets to make sure your project gets done on time and on budget!
In addition to managing the team, John is also Green Tree Webs Creative Lead.
At home with his computer desktop filled with open Photoshop and Dreamweaver
files, John loves putting his imagination to work for your business’s needs.
When John is not busy working on your projects he can often be found
cultivating his over active imagination by reading fantasy novels, getting
lost in the north woods of Wisconsin with his Golden Retriever Kenai,
or convincing his wife that the next “guy” movie he rents will actually
be good.

Lisa White - QA Lead / Copywriter
Before taking the position of Quality Assurance (QA) Lead at Green Tree Webs, Lisa attained a certificate in QA from Marquette University, was certified by the American Society for Quality Assurance as a Quality Auditor, and spent 10 years working in the highly regulated Blood Banking industry.
As QA Lead, Lisa is responsible for ensuring that the final web product meets the scope and functionality requirements originally outlined by the client and development team. She also develops, and often executes, test plans to confirm all site functions perform as expected.
Lisa is also skilled in copywriting and often works very closely with the client in order to create quality informational content for the web site.
When not contributing to another great Green Tree project, Lisa enjoys time spent in the great outdoors, and with friends, family, and pets.

Joe Howard - Technical Lead / Information Architect
Prior to joining the Green Tree Webs organization in the position of Technical Lead and Information Architect, Joe attended the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point where he attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology with a minor in Economics and emphasis in Marketing. Joe is honored to contribute to a great organization that is sensitive to being “green” and inspiring the world to follow in taking care of and appreciating the environment.
As Technical Lead, Joe oversees backend operations. Coding and development knowledge along with excellent organizational skills allows him to coordinate with team members to transform good framework to a great final product.
Joe also performs the role of Information Architect. With an emphasis in attention to detail, he analyzes structure, visual acuity, flow and design. A positive user experience is important as it affects user perception for the image of the site and company as a whole.
On Joe’s time off he enjoys getting away to the great outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah J. Price - Web Production Specialist / Production Lead
Previous to becoming a member of Green Tree Webs Development team as the Web Production Specialist/Production Lead, Sarah received her two-year Associates Degree from the UW-Waukesha (WI) in general Arts and Sciences, emphasizing in Creative Writing. After writing a novel based on a true story, Sarah decided to go back to school for the ever-growing field of Computers and the World Wide Web. She is currently in her last year at Moraine Park Technical Colleges (Fond du Lac, WI) in their Web Development Degree Program.
As Green Tree Webs Web Production Specialist / Production Lead, Sarah is accountable for and in charge of producing the web pages for your site in collaboration with John, the Creative Lead for design structure. The entity of producing the web pages consists of creating the back-end code which creates your final product. Along with this, Sarah has the task of the final deployment and delivery of your entire Website. After deployment and delivery is complete, she also takes on the responsibility of creating the Production Guide which details that all the HTML, CSS, and scripting coding is conventional and adheres to the standards outlined within the Production Guide.
As the Web Production Specialist / Production Lead, Sarah is fluent in HTML, CSS, ASP, and has gaining expertise in PHP, MySQL, as well as JavaScript. Also, she has a broad and ever-growing knowledge of art optimization web standards, including CSS, the use of tables, and a strong understanding of cross-compatibility and browser issues.
When Sarah is not diligently working to produce the best quality Websites for Green Tree Webs' clients, she enjoys spending time with her family. They take pleasure in going on outings to the zoo, the park, as well as taking scenic drives through many local area state and county parks to take in the vast beauty that nature holds!
